Tasting : Its bouquet is very fruity and expressive from the moment the bottle is opened. It has all the subtlety of a Sauvignon Blanc of Touraine, with a long sensation in the mouth and on the palate. Its colour is pale yellow. It develops aromas of citrus fruits and exotic fruits. Its suppleness makes it an easy wine to drink.
Serving : Serve this wine slightly chilled, for an aperitif, with goat cheese, fish or shellfish.
Temperature for serving : Between 8° and 10 °C
