Wine making : Made from the pressing of red grapes with white juice, the berries are pressed as soon as they arrive in the cellar. This allows for a limited colour in the juice. Left a very short time in contact with the skin of the grapes, the must is delicately coloured. The fermentation is done at a low temperature for keep the freshness of the aroma.

Tasting : With its nice salmon glint colour, its subtle nose showing little red berries’ aromas (raspberries, wild strawberries, …), our supple and dry Rosé de Loire will be appreciated chilled, where it will reveal all its flavours.
Very pleasant during the aperitif, don’t hesitate to taste this light and refreshing wine all along the meal.
